Lunch Boot Camp @ Flex

All classes have cardio components with a mix of creative intervals, kickboxing, old fashioned calisthenics, strength components, yoga poses, circuits, pilates, static holds, and a variety of core exercises.

All levels are welcome! Trainers offer alternative exercises for beginners and more challenging exercises for the advanced.

Registration ends Monday, June 2. Limited (20) spaces available. Classes begin Monday, June 2 and last for six weeks.

Yin/Yang Yoga Classes @ Flex

Experience blending the qualities of both yin, quiet long held postures & yang, active flowing postures. The yin portion focuses on releasing the connective tissues and the cultivation of breath, observation, and meditation as we soften into long held poses. The yang portion will move into a gentle flow that allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment. This yoga class will leave you feeling rested, yet energized. All levels welcome.
