Flex Fitness Personal Trainers are certified and enthusiastic fitness experts dedicated to improving your physical fitness by helping you set and meet your individual goals. Boot Camp Classes @ Flex

All classes have cardio components with a mix of creative intervals, kickboxing, old fashioned calisthenics, strength components, yoga poses, circuits, pilates, static V-holds, and a variety of core exercises.

All levels are welcome! Trainers offer alternative exercises for beginners and more challenging exercises for the advancesd.

Registration ends Tuesday, April 15. Limited (20) spaces available. Classes begin Tuesday, April 15 and last for six weeks.
